Mental health in the workplace has emerged as a critical factor influencing employee well-being, organizational performance, and broader socio-economic outcomes. This paper explores the role of organizational support systems in promoting and maintaining mental health among employees. Drawing upon recent empirical studies and theoretical frameworks, we assess the types of support systems, their effectiveness, implementation challenges, and potential improvements. The findings suggest that a proactive organizational approach, integrating mental health into workplace culture and providing accessible support mechanisms, significantly enhances employee resilience, productivity, and job satisfaction.
