Abstract: Educational policies are the backbone of the educational systems in every country, shaping the quality, accessibility, and overall effectiveness of education. The design, implementation, and continuous reform of these policies reflect societal values, economic needs, and global educational trends. This paper investigates key educational policies from various global perspectives, analyzing their frameworks, challenges, and impacts on students, teachers, and societies. The research also explores the intersection of educational policies with socioeconomic factors, technology, inclusivity, and international collaboration. A comparative approach will be used to explore policies from developed and developing countries, identifying common trends and unique regional challenges. The study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how educational policies shape the future of learning and address contemporary educational needs.
