The Constitution of India, a document that stands as a monument to the persistent pursuit of justice, equality, and democracy, is largely acknowledged to Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar for having the vision that inspired its construction. This study dives thoroughly into the life and philosophy of Dr. Ambedkar, charting his development from an untouchability sufferer to a key figure in the creation of the Indian Constitution. The philosophical view on life of Dr. Ambedkar is also examined in the paper. It sheds light on how many of the fundamental ideas in the Constitution—which serve as the cornerstone for the largest democracy in the world in the United States—were inspired by his own experiences. This article's goal is to recognise Dr. Ambedkar's contributions to society and to emphasise the importance of his inspirational leadership throughout the creation of a constitution that ensures everyone's rights to justice and equality. This article will try to fully explain Dr. Ambedkar's contribution to the creation of the Indian Constitution. We want to emphasise the indelible impression he made on India's constitutional framework by conducting an in-depth investigation of his life, the academic works he produced, and the contacts he had with his contemporaries.
