Abstract:
The Bhagavad Gita is an very old Hindu scripture that contains spiritual and thoughtful wisdom. Although it is not a management text but there are many lessons in the Bhagavad Gita which can be applied to modern management practices. The Bhagavad Gita, an ancient Indian spiritual and philosophical text, has profound relevance in modern management and leadership. Though written over 2,000 years ago, its teaching offer timeless wisdom for managers, leaders, and professionals.
